We can give you a really good feel for what price range you should have your Realtor set you up with a search on. However, if you aren’t 100% sure that your credit is excellent, now is the perfect time to find out so anything that needs to be addressed, can be addressed and still have you ready to buy when the time is right.
Speaking Of Credit, Do You Have A Way To Advise Me On How I Could Improve My Scores?
Yes! When I pull your credit, it’ll give me your scores with just how they sit today. However, it also will show me your potential scores, and I can run a report that will give you a very specific path of what you need to do to maximize your scores.
